Don't bother making an appointment. It's all first come first serve, one line of people in the morning. Horrible system... just like the rest of the healthcare system . Flawed.
Save my place always gets me in in a timely fashion. Phlebotomists are all quite skilled.
I did have to wait close to 3 hours today to get my blood taken, but once we were in there it was quick, easy, and painless! Heather was so sweet and made my anxious self feel really good about it, because I HATE NEEDLES! Thank you for being kind and patient with me!
Excellent experience, everyone is very friendly and the service is quick and efficient.
