⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. My test was done quickly and smoothly, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Excellent service and care. Highly recommend! ❤️
I had a bloodwork and an ECG done. The person who did my bloodwork was good. She was able to take my blood quick and easy and used my non-dominant arm. HOWEVER, when it came to getting my ECG, I was NOT expecting the old lady to remove the entire sheet of tissue from my chest and expose me. She did not even ask if I was comfortable removing the sheet temporarily. I was shocked and felt so exposed laying on the bed basically half-naked in front of a stranger.
