If I could, I'd give this place a negative rating. It doesn't even allow me to give them 0 stars. What's the point of booking a "hold my spot" if they don't honour it. I explained to the receptionist that due to other commitments, I could not wait much longer past my time. She assured me it would be ok. About a half hour past my scheduled time I asked her....why have you called others that came after me and I am still waiting? She kind of flinched and BS'd about it. I just cancelled and left.

We talked very rudely at the reception, and kicked them out to wait for the call on the street, VERY RUDELY saying that there was no place for me here, although there were plenty of free chairs. This is the first time I've encountered such terrible, rude and humiliating treatment in Canada. It's a shame!! My family will not take another step into this laboratory. I want to write complaints to higher authorities.

Tremendous Lab. We walked in and the receptionist asked if there were any appointments. We raised our hands and were ushered to the front of the line. They were all so friendly and our technician was capable. I didn't feel the needle go in. I recommend this place, but why not make an appointment? We've made them for the past decade and slip in and out quick and painlessly. Yes, that was a pun.
