Im here weekly staff are great and never need to poke me more than once or bruise me and I have terrible veins
Worst blood technician ever. The man with the dark brown hair working on Thursday, June 25 morning shift was extremely rough and left a bruise which has never happened drawing blood. He tied the elastic so tight I had to complain. The he told me to keep a fist while he drew the blood???? So weird and rather worrisome...almost like he was having a bad day and trying to be intentionally incorrect in procedure?!. Be aware and ask for a different technician.
