Excellent service
Staff are very rude. It’s my first time to go in this Lab. and I can rate them 1/100. How I wish before they start working there’s a training for being real professionals and how to deal with patients. Other Labs. they are friendly and will treat you nicely as you feel you are very welcome.
The bathrooms are absolutely filthy during busy hours and the toilet paper had run out. I have no idea how people walked out without shame. It obviously needs to be maintained more often. Also every time I go for blood work I get told my veins are too small or hard to find, then get passed off to a more experienced nurse. Wish I could request her from the get go instead of being stabbed 3+ times.
Is there a way to give them no stars? Lol The most disorganized lab I've ever been to. Staff was extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional and disrespectful.
Plz don’t go to this lab bcz all parking paid long waiting time and parking very expensive
