Health workers in this area are very friendly. The place is clean and tidy.
They had approx 60 minutes of walk-ins and kept accepting them. This made them 15 minutes for my appointment which made me 15 minutes late for work. What is the point of making an appointment if they don't respect my time? And why accept so many walk-ins? You know how long it takes per person. Just say NO. Walk-ins can come back another time or phone to make an appointment. On a positive note, phleb was good
Lady at front desk is always so polite and friendly. Go to the back and have a lady by the name of Carmen who was very unprofessional for working in Health Care. Washrooms were filthy and the place is very understaffed. Had an appt and it was 40 mins past before I got in.
