I have been using this lab every 3 weeks for over 2 years and it is appointment only! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SEEN ONTIME! I am unsure what the point of having an appointment is! People casually walk around while they have a FULL waiting room!
I’ve been here a few times and don’t recommend this location. Some of the phlebotomists are friendly, but more often than not the staff at the front desk or quite curt. Also, there is very limited seating in the waiting room and the exam rooms are rather small (not ideal if you’re bringing little ones in a stroller). I’d recommend going to the Avenida location instead.
The staff are highly professional and welcoming.
