There are signs saying it is ♿️ accessible. It is not. Seldom is an accessible parking (or any parking) spot available. You need to manually open both doors. The waiting room is always full. I usually sit on my walker, down the hall. Not very welcoming to mobility issues. Once back with the techs, it is ok. They are all quite skilled at draws and seldom blow my veins. Overall, loud, long waits sucky parking but the techs are great.
Great people to work with. Here is no walk in just appointment. Be 5-10 min earlier and you will be done in 20 min. Very cooperative and helpful staff.
The first visit was great. Easy to get into the appt, lovely tech. This time appt was made and it's now half hour past my appt time. If the sign is correct in that there are no walk ins and all are by appt, why shove so many at one time? Also, front desk snapped at me, so I snapped back. She was very unprofessional and not at all helpful. Turns out one item can't be done here. I had no idea and asked and got a feeble answer. Now I have to do some digging and make another appt. Staff were very polite, professional & accommodating. Made appointment on line & was seen right away when checking in. Good job to all the staff
