The main receptionist completely ruined my experience and I feel awful for anyone that has to work with her. She was a shorter lady with bangs, dark hair and glasses as well as an accent. I am extremely disappointed with the logistics at this location. I booked my appointment a week in advance for 11:10 AM and arrived early at 10:50 AM to ensure everything was on time. Despite having a scheduled slot, I had to wait over an hour. I wasn't called into the collection room until 11:54 AM. What is most frustrating is that a "walk-in" patient who arrived at the same time as me (10:50 AM) was called in at 11:25 AM, while I continued to wait as a scheduled patient. Would not book an appointment here again as they do not respect the time and seem to prioritize walk ins. I had glucose tolerance test that is time sensitive and they were late for both required tests. The experience at the Sheldon Shumir is much better.
