I am very anxious when having blood taken, and the nurse Sam here at the Fort Sask location was amazing. She offered me a smaller needle so that I wouldn’t feel as much pain and I didn’t feel a thing! This was the first blood test I’ve had where I didn’t feel faint or nauseous due to her assisting me in breathing and self-regulation. Thanks again Sam!!!
Front desk person was exceptionally rude and did not answer questions. It was like dealing with a robot that had a foul look on her face. Fort Saskatchewan branch.
I would ignore this place just because of the front staff very unpleasant and lack of professionalism expected form a health care service
Hanna did an amazing job taking my sons sample. He has always had issues finding his veins at the hospital but Hanna found it right away and we were in and out in just a few mins. Thank you Hanna!!
Had a horrible experience with a lady at the front desk , her name is sierra ( heard a nurse call her name ) she is extremely rude and very impatient with seniors . I watched her do this to my mother who is hard of hearing. That dirty look on her face too… is it that hard for her to smile!! Will not be going back and will definitely be telling my family not to go back!! SHERWOOD PARK IS BETTER !!
