I understand that healthcare clinics can run behind schedule, and I appreciate that delays happen. However, what disappointed me was the way we were treated. We had a scheduled appointment for my son’s ECG and waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. I explained to the staff that we had another scheduled appointment to get to. I found the front desk employee, Grace, to be unfriendly and rude, which made for an unpleasant experience. In addition, the bathroom was unsanitary and did not appear to be properly maintained. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit.
