Very good service and management right now. They changed the process, when you walk in at the early time, you don't need wait on the front desk, you just go to the service room, the staff in this room will input your information instead of the front desk ,this process can save your half time.
I had such a great experience at this location! Everything was quick and easy with my appointment. I usually have a really hard time getting my blood drawn because my veins can be difficult to find, and I often end up getting poked 2–3 times. But this time was completely different! I was helped by a lovely girl named Thip, and she was so sweet, gentle, and reassuring. She found my vein on the first try, and I honestly didn’t even feel the needle! The front desk staff here mistreated me as a walk in I showed up 30 mins before close and they refused to take me, even though they have online that you can show up 30 mins before close. I’m 9 months pregnant and needed bloodwork done right away..
