Came here for a routine bloodwork. My appointment was at 7:40 am, and nearly 2 hours later, I still didn't see my name on queue list. If I could give zero stars, I would! I saw people coming in a little after me and they were getting called in and left before me. I was still there and people who just came in mostly were done before me. What is the point of getting appointments if waiting time is that long? Or the person who accepted my requisition didn't properly marked my arrival. But again, this is unacceptable. Nadine is AWESOME! and singlehandedly the reason this is 3 stars and not 1. Even with an appointment, they are running over 30 minutes behind, and still taking walk in patients, while delaying people with appointments. Also, the woman who was working the desk this morning had about 0% friendliness (older white woman). I heard her checking in a young pregnant woman and her demeanour is just really very unpleasant. Its a smaller lab compared to others in the city, appointments only so can be a little slow.
DIRECTIONS (almost impossible to find!) ... 2nd floor. Find Freedom Mobile on main floor. Down the corridor you will find the small elevator. Go upstairs. Good luck trying to find this place so arrive very early! The email confirmation you receive has no instructions on how to find the place either! Terrible. The waiting room is cramped and small too. Many of the reviews say that you wait 45 mins. I only waited 20 so I was happy about that.
Kind of a weird spot to find if you are going in before the mall is open but the staff were absolutely fantastic and I was in and out in literally 15 minutes!
