I'm writing this as I stand in the waiting room, 30 minutes after arriving for my appointment. The staff are laughing and joking around while there's people staring waiting for 30 minutes. I made an appointment so I wouldn't be late for work, but now I'm gonna be late.
Poorly, poorly ran lab. No Receptionist to greet you when you arrive, you just stand there like an idiot till someone comes out. My appointment was at 11am for a 20 min appointment. Was not told that they were 20 min behind schedule till after I spoke up and the British women there was incredibly condescending! Was told there was one person ahead of me and then three went before me. The same condescending British women spoke down to me about how things had changed all of a sudden!
