Sheldon Chumir location - Terrible scheduling organization. My appointment was for 12:30 but I wasn't called back until 12:57. Add in that I arrived at 12:20, that was an excessively long wait for a booked appointment time.
I've been going to this lab for a long time, staff are always efficient, friendly and receptive. As long as you book an appointment or get there super early (I get there for 7am), I'm usually in and out in 20 min.
I went as a walk in this morning. Door opens at 7am. Receptionist was polite. I was served at 7:20am. My phlebotomist, Calia, was very precise. My vein is so hard to find but she managed to draw my blood without a single pain, first time in history! Thank you so much!
Got in only ten minutes after my appointment time. Callie took my blood. Hardly felt it.
