I visited the Alberta Precision Lab at Glenmore Landing today, and I was so impressed. Every staff member was incredibly respectful and kind. When we went in for our blood work, especially as Muslims, the lady who helped us—she was from Europe, though I didn’t catch her name—was exceptional. She closed the door out of respect for our faith, and her care was just amazing—we hardly felt a thing. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness. As a Muslim living in Canada, it means so much to have that kind of respect.

Nurses are very good, should get 5 stars. But receptionist made mistake and caused at least extra 30 minutes waiting, which I did not prepare. I used "Save My Place" function reserved my sport, but my name could not be called for a very long time. Even I was No.1 in the Walk In waiting list board, but they always skipped my name and called the 2nd person's name. I raised my concern, but she said it was system, nothing she could do.
