Trying to cancel appointment on the phone (because the web won't give you that option) is next to impossible!! Apparently the woman answering the phone transferred me to another line that is so crammed with callers it is impossible to get through! The recording said that I have an estimated wait time of 15 minutes! lol Had to hang up after 90 minutes! Not acceptable!
It was pretty good, took an 30 minute wait for walk-in and got my labs back pretty fast. The staff were overwhelmed
Very hit and miss with the staffs friendliness here. Some times I’ve had lovely staff, but on a couple of occasions I’ve had the same woman (older woman with European accent) who’s customer service skills and bedside manner is atrocious, very rude.
