Not sanitary. Split arm rest with exposed fabric that can't be sanitized. Bathroom sinks back up. Drywall dust not cleaned up after repairs. The only saving grace was the lady who helped me. She was great.
Best treatment I've ever received. Came as a walk-in and was in and out in 15min. Tech was gentle and extremely efficient in taking blood samples. Best Lab in Calgary.
This place is normally great and fast. But today one of her coworkers rudely came in and interrupted my appointment right before I got poked. I am horrible with needles and do not handle them well, and she made it so much worse having to wait for them to dig through drawers after being wiped and with the same gloves. Made me projectile vomit. Your staff needs to be trained to have some respect.
