The lady that helped me, I believe her name was Emily if I remember right, was quick and professional. Made the visit nice and easy.

Really bad customer service.
I was able to make an appointment for the next day and was in and out within 20 minutes for blood, urine, and ecg tests. Staff were welcoming and friendly while being prompt and professional.
