Took my 7 month old to get their blood work done and wow I’ve never felt so disregarded by the staff. No communication to us parents on what’s going on. I asked if they were doing it in the arm or leg and they completely disregarded what I asked and went ahead and pushed us parents out of the way. As my baby’s screaming there’s no room for me to see what’s going on and they just held him down and tied his arm up. Go early avoid long lineups
Everyone was polite and professional.
There was every opportunity for the staff to be polite and friendly. No one was. Not once. I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. On the other hand, I had a pre-booked appointment and all went really quickly and efficiently.
