My daughter was treated terribly here, flat-out rude, dismissive, and acting like basic respect was optional. She went in nervous and left feeling worse because of how unprofessional the staff were. If compassion and simple human decency are too much for this clinic, they shouldn’t be dealing with patients at all. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was so disappointed today. it’s saying in the app is open, but when I reach there, it’s close
Booked online for an appointment the day before. Appt at 11:50, got there a little early and it only took half hour to get me in. The staff and the person who did the bloodwork for me was all really kind. I’d say it got busier around 12, so it’s best to go in early. Either way, quick and easy experience for me.
The front desk staff treated the patient with an unprofessional or dismissive attitude.
