My physician wanted bloodwork for a specific time. I made an appointment first thing in am and informed them he requested this specific time. Not only were they half an hour late, but they informed me when I asked that I was next, then brought in 4 walk-ins ahead of me. Nurse that drew my blood was great, but organization is terrible.
My daughter was treated terribly here, flat-out rude, dismissive, and acting like basic respect was optional. She went in nervous and left feeling worse because of how unprofessional the staff were. If compassion and simple human decency are too much for this clinic, they shouldn’t be dealing with patients at all. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
