I usually book my appointments, this time I did walk in and only waited 30 minutes. The staff was great and personable.
Info about the HOURS so you're aware. Must arrive 30 minutes before they close to get your blood taken. If they close at 7 you must be checked in before 6:30. They are open that late to be able to receive people returning home tests. I can't give full stars but it doesn't reflect those who work there. It's a reflection of the company's need to improve information. There is always room for improvement. The staff here is amazing.
I went in today for a blood test feeling really nervous, but Janet made the whole experience so much better. She was calm, reassuring, and professional - she made sure I was okay every step of the way. The entire interaction was smooth and comforting. Give her a raise!
