If guys are not open for walkin, just go and put a sign out there and close the queue. A short hair lady looked at me then demanded me said: you don’t do walk in. What the heck?
Avoid this location. Dropped off a sample for testing, they lost it then tried to blame me saying it was probably not labeled correctly. When confronted and shown pictures of the properly labeled sample, the person nonchalantly said “oh yeah, it just got lost then. It happens more often than you think” Do better.
Was admitted an hour and twenty minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Exam room was very dirty and some random employee walked in mid exam while I was undressed.
