Had an appointment; Receptionist friendly and helpful; called in within 3 minutes of my time; blood taken without a twinge of pain by a calm and mellow person, and left with a ‘Have a nice afternoon!’. One of my most comfortable visits!
Very bad service. So poor customer service and staff is not friendly at all. They told me we will text you when it’s your turn but they didn’t. Then they lied about it and said that they did but you didn’t show up.
Went in and was turned away. Was told I needed to fast. So I did and then went to a different location due to the staff here making me uncomfortable. The lady at the St. Albert location was so helpful and let me know that that should not have happened and I did not even need to fast. I have an infection, this location caused it to get worse. I’m beyond saddened and concerned by the situation.
I've been in line for 10 minutes, there is 1 person at reception, and 4 people drawing samples. It's 1611 on a Thursday. Where the hell are all the staff?? I have a booked appointment and haven't even checked in yet!
