I had an appointment first thing in the morning. Showed up and there was a ~5 minute line at the front desk. Once I'd checked in I waited maybe 10 minutes to have blood drawn. The staff I interacted with were all friendly and professional.
No one actually works here. The staff spend all their time talking to eachother meaning no appointments are on time, all walk in times should be presumed double or triple what the estimate says. I've learned about at least 3 people's scheduling problems, 2 that spent 10 minutes deciding who should go on break, a third on the phone for about 20 minutes. staff are rude. I have a huge bruise on my arm from her removing the needle so aggressively. i have never bruised or had any pain from previous blood work at other locations.
Made an appointment for routine blood work.. There was only 1 person ahead of me. It took 40 minutes before I was done. Meanwhile around 20 people arrived after and all were still waiting. the person who did my blood work kept walking around aimlessly, checking her computer, picking up sheets of paper and putting it down. But in 30 min she only did my blood work (and it was a single poke). I work in the operating room and this type of laziness is unacceptable. We could have done a simple surgery in this time. Staff there are extremely and I repeat extremely rude people all 3 receptionist at the front desk either need to find a new job or take a class on how to speak to ppl.
