Long waiting time after booking a appointment
OMG People waiting for 40 minutes to 1 hour to get in to do their blood test BY APPOINTMENT! Staff are super nice one person was doing 3 people’s job. They were short in staff and they weren’t One patient blood test took more than 10, 15 minutes which in other labs maybe takes less than 5 minutes. I don’t know how fair it is for the staff and the patients.
The worse possible service. Techs too busy chatting with one another and asking irrelevant questions. Perhaps stick to what you’re actually there to do this may keep you on schedule. AHS needs to monitor this closely.
Great experience. The staff were polite and professional, and the procedure was performed carefully and painlessly. My appointment was booked in advance and completed on time. The location is convenient and easy to find.
