My experience was good. I had booked ahead, the wait was short, and the staff were friendly. The only drawback was the lack of clear directions, as the lab is located within a large hospital. The easiest way to find it is by entering through the west entrance. When you walk in, you will see an information desk ahead. Horribly disorganized. Staff don’t give you instructions for anything and all the staff seem confused. No privacy whatsoever, came in to drop a lab sample but the label had smudged. Was asked to rewrite it, but the staff had already let everyone inside of the room in the middle of me taking out my sample. Had to awkwardly walk in front of other people with my lab sample in front of their face. Guess professionalism is a joke here. Save yourself the embarrassment and go to another location.

I had one or two parameters missing , which was the most important one , and it was on my requisition, it's pretty hard to justify with the doctor to have a new test, if you can avoid it , dont go there
