Horribly disorganized. Staff don’t give you instructions for anything and all the staff seem confused. No privacy whatsoever, came in to drop a lab sample but the label had smudged. Was asked to rewrite it, but the staff had already let everyone inside of the room in the middle of me taking out my sample. Had to awkwardly walk in front of other people with my lab sample in front of their face. Guess professionalism is a joke here. Save yourself the embarrassment and go to another location.

I had one or two parameters missing , which was the most important one , and it was on my requisition, it's pretty hard to justify with the doctor to have a new test, if you can avoid it , dont go there

Access to out patient lab is from west side entrance. Staff is cooperative, friendly and experienced!

One of the best I’ve been to. The place is not crowded, and the staff are very quick. I am scared of needles, but Kyle and Jackie were so patient and encouraging. Not your regular lab with receptionists but they are efficient and acknowledged each and every person sitting in the waiting room. The whole team is awesome!

By appointment only. I booked for 1:10 and the confirmation email said to expect between 1:10 - 1:30. When you show up, you are supposed to sit and wait for someone to notice you, but signage is unclear. At 1:20, someone came out with a clipboard and wrote down names and appointment times. This was done publicly in front of all other patients, and the other 2 appointments for the same time as me were seen first, even though I arrived after 1 but before the other. I wasn't seen until 1:37, and my test wasn't taken until 1:47.... read more
