My brother- in-law is visiting from the UK and broke the charger for his C-leg. With no appointment we stopped by the Alberta orthotic center and talked with John. John was able to find him a charger and set him up so he could continue using his leg. The staff here are amazing and willing to help, no matter who or where you are from. Jon was amazing and went above and beyond. All of the staff that I met were lovely. I felt very respected and highly recommend.
Extraordinary service. Had an issue with my brace. The team replied to my email quickly and performed a repair within minutes.
The professionals here have been so kind and helpful to me through something that has been life changing. They made me a very awesome arm prosthetic that I absolutely love. The staff are always so welcoming and are very skilled in what they do. This is a great team to work with if you require services for prosthetics or orthotics.
When I lost my leg I was very sick and I was kinda lost and confused with a bunch of different doctors coming and going not really giving me info on my future. One day Connor showed with a big ol' smile on his face with a positive attitude.
