Updated: I initially left a negative review as we were having serious furnace issues in our house in Mahogany. We have contacted both the builder Hopewell and Alberta Mountain Air. Jacob made himself available right away to chat with us about the issue and has been very prompt, thorough, and empathetic. He went above and beyond to take care of the issue for us and we really appreciate it. Having to deal with a failing furnace over the winter with two young kids is very stressful.
