I hirer this company to take care of my lawn. While it looks green, they leave lawn clippings all across my grass, and in my clean flower beds, don’t weed whacking everywhere. If I have an issue and send an email there is never a response. Today they did service and they left grass clippings in all of my flower beds that I just had cleaned, and ruined my down spout (it’s metal and now it’s shredded). 2026 update: This year, like previous years I got The Works. The team came quickly which was great. However, they did not do a good job. I was disappointed in the quality of the work and the mess that was created. I called Alberta Lawn Enforcement and explained that their service was not satisfactory and gave a few examples. Withing 2 days, a crew came out and pretty much re-did the work. This time they did a fantastic job. Alberta lawn enforcement did a dismal job on both our front and back yard. In a lawn that is 25x100 feet they got 1 bag of thatching… the aeration was hit and miss through the entire lawn … very disappointing would not recommend or use their services again. I both called and emailed about my concerns and never got a response.
I used Alberta Lawn Enforcement last year, so when I received the email from them this year, I waited a couple weeks , because I still had snow on my yard. I booked the work on May 1, thinking it would be 7-10 days until they showed up. I emailed them May 10 to get an update on when they may be here, because I had another company tell me they could be here in 2 days.
