Signed up for “The Works” spring clean up package. Appears services based on how fast they can complete the list (so they can get to the next job) rather than quality of service. Patchy work that looks like completed by newly hired, seasonal employees. 👎

First time using them for snow removal. They do my power raking from time to time. So l thought of trying them. They are very prompt getting to your place weather it is in the evening or early morning the job gets done. They are fast getting it done and leaving driveway and walkways clear. I've worked here before and I recommend you pass on this job. Got assigned to a crew leader named aiden/ Haden(?) He also goes by James. I worked with him and his gf they seemed nice at first but they ended up being extremely toxic and admitted to being stalkers. They let me sleep over and when I woke up I noticed someone had been through my phone and backpack. Hired this company in May 2025 for lawn mowing as I was heavily pregnant and my husband was dealing with chronic pain. Unfortunately, they caused damage to the siding of my garage, and have been avoiding my multiple calls and emails in an attempt to negotiate repairs! Do not use this company, as if anything goes wrong they will NOT respond to you or take responsibility.
