I brought my wife here for the IPL photo facial. The first few days, her face was red and sore. We reached out to the business but they said that it's normal. A few weeks later, the redness still hasn't faded. Additional black spots have appeared on the face as well. We went to see a dermatologist and they said that the face was severely burned.
