We purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V. During the purchase, we were encouraged to add a few extra products to the contract because we were told they would include lifetime oil changes. We didn't really want these add-ons, but we agreed and paid based on that promise. A few months later, we were informed that we must pay for scheduled services in order to receive the "free" oil changes. Great service!! They weren’t trying to upsell me like you expect from every dealership, they performed warranty checks and free warranty covered repairs without me asking, AND my repairs came in under the expected budget! Will return for servicing again!
