Failed to inspect my water heater properly, wrote that he has no concerns about it in the report... realized it was broken after possession.
We had Dominik do a full house inspection for us. He was good but not great. The pricing was good. He was thorough and did what he was supposed to do. He was a pleasant person to interact with. But could work on being more responsive to emails, text messages etc. Some areas he wasn't that knowledgeable about. Another thing that wasn't satisfactory was the tendency to promise things but did not deliver. Dominik was amazing! He scheduled us in last minute as we required a home inspection completed rather quickly. He paid close attention to detail and explained any deficiencies he noticed in language we could understand. He has a great sense of humour and provides you with your completed report in a timely manner.
