Nice office, great staff.
By far the worst medical service I've ever had. Staff lied to me about the ability to request a waiver for my disability forms, telling me "no" directly; when I returned after doing research at home, to tell them that they lied to me, they backpedaled and said that I COULD request a waiver from the doctor. They did not want to admit their mistake and began speaking over me as a group, not allowing me to voice my frustrations.
