I’ve been put on a waiting list since august 2021 and was told I’d receive a call back. I’ve left multiple messages and never received a single call back. I was an urgent case and never got the help I needed from Olds mental health. Very disappointed and will not be recommending or trying to get in here again.
Been going here for 2 years and recently needed a prescription renewed, tried to call in and they said that due to missed appointments (was during COVID so I'm not sure how I can miss a message on my voicemail) they had closed my file, so I am now no longer able to get the medication I need and had to begin the process again, no phone call, no mail, no text ,NOTHING!!!!!. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISPICABLELY NEGLIGENT!!!!!!! you are better off seeking help elsewhere. Wish it was possible to post with less than 1 star
So I was having pretty severe anxiety problems and filled out an intake over the phone. They said they would get back to me in 1 week. 2 weeks later I hear nothing so I call again and they said no one saved my intake information so I had to do it again. I eventually got in and had a couple sessions with a counsellor that wasn’t a good fit for me so I called in to cancel our appointment. I never got a call back to reschedule or anything so it feels like they don’t care about you at all.
I started missing my appointments so i stopped going..but i would go back
