Was treated here recently for medical issues and was brought to by EMS from the restaurant after lunch ( had seizures cause ) the paramedics had messed the patients file that show the patient name and d o b but when arrived at hospital ( check in staff ) made a note saying ℹ don’t excise ( they could find the patient file because of the wrong tags that got mixed up. I have such mixed reviews about Foothills. I have used them for different services. We had a premature baby. My sister was dealt with immediately. I've had friends who had cancer treatments here. Also mixed. It all depends on the nurse you have and if they care about their patients or not. I've also had people wait for hours in ER. I think there should be orientation courses for staff to have basic customer service skills.
