I was initially very happy with the team that came in. There were 3 as some training was taking place. Just before I was presented with the report and bill I had to use the bathroom. A big chunk around the fan had come down and was all over the floor. I could see there had been some leaking so the damage was not their fault. However, it wasn’t mentioned until I brought it up. (Now known as A1 Chesney Home Services) Absolutely terrible service one year ago and when the furnace failed to come on this week, no one was returning my call even though the msg said they would return my call within the hour. Luckily I called the ATCO Gas emergency line and a repair guy came out right away. He said several issues were probably due to the last service visit including: loose thermocouple and coil not fitted in properly, leak below pilot head, and pilot tubing had been crimped. Just got my ducts, furnace and dryer vent done. My tec was Jason S and he was fantastic. Very personable, knowledgeable and flexible. They stopped there process to move the truck out of the drive way so my wife can leave, without issue. They also worked around our pet and we're very mindful. I will be using Alberta Furnace Cleaning again to due my experience this go around, hopefully getting Jason again. Thank you, Jesse
I am giving 4stars because the crew was polite and left my house clean. They showed up on time and were very efficient. I live in a 1bedroom bungalow townhouse with a finished basement. My problem was cost. $525.00 for duct cleaning This included my dryer vent, but that alone was $89.00 I would suggest calling around before committing to Alberta Furnace Cleaning. PS: This service does not include a new replacement furnace filter.
