Had a very good experience with this company. The technicians, Varinder and Victor were very helpful and informative. They arrived timely as what was stated to me. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Explained to us the process of cleaning and sanitizing our system clearly. Offered products and explained thoroughly add ons we could purchase without being pushy. Overall fantastic experience, would recommend.
Jashan and Josh helped us out with our Furnace, ducts and dryer vent. Quick and easy job, zero hassle. The air in the house feels cleaner already.
I could give zero stars if I could, one of the technicians was playing with his phone in the basement when he was supposed to cleaning the furnace and it wasnt even cleaned. Not withstanding, our carbon monoxide alarm went off 2 hours after. So I had to call the hazmat team and ATCO.
We are very impressed with this company. The crew were very respectful and professional, and very careful. Super all around service. Very happy with Alberta Furnace Cleaning.
My dad recommended alberta furnace cleaning and I have to say, they did not disappoint! Thomas Gardener-Evans and Spencer Martin was really nice, helpful and informative! they were really easy to talk to and was able to ask all my questions. Thomas also helped me with my thermostat as we just moved in 2 weeks ago. I feel alot better now my vents are cleaned thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them and will be asking for them for the next furnace and vent cleaning! thank you so much!!
