Can’t recommend them enough. We had an incident in our bathroom that caused some water to leak down into our basement. On a Sunday, Carol-Ann came out and walked us through what to do and recommend the next steps. She was kind, helpful and honest. Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again.
We experienced major water damage to our home in late April. Our refrigerator water service line developed a leak that went unnoticed for two days. The steady dripping wasn’t evident on the main floor as it travelled under the hardwood flooring. We discovered the damage upon going into our basement rec room and found the drywall ceiling on the floor, with water dispersed throughout the carpeted floor.
