Quick results. I’ll be using their services again. Google apparently doesn’t let you do more than one review of a company so I’m adding to my original. The service is exceptional. Needed a pre-access D&A for a job the following morning. I was flying back later in the afternoon and Nat stayed past their normal business hours to accommodate me. She got my report out to my client before I walked in my front door. I was happy with the service I got previously but I’m ecstatic with the service I got today, September 26, 2024.
Nat was amazing! She explained everything in detail and was super friendly right from the start. I was nervous about how much hair I was going to lose for a hair follicle test but she reassured me I had lots of hair and made sure to take hair from a bunch of different places on my head instead of one area. I had a I bring my kids unfortunately to but she was totally understanding and even brought out some toys for them.
