Zia is very efficient in her job. She is polite. My son and I go there since our MVA. The admin lady at the front is very polite :)

Absolutely unfavorable and unprofessional experience. My doctor had referred me due to a concussion. It was approx 2 weeks for response, after phone tag finally received reception. Soonest appointment available was almost a month away, being it was already 3 weeks since injury it seemed too long away given it was already 3 weeks since injury but made it anyhow. I’m very grateful for their treatment. The staff always treated me with respect and compassion and actually put a lot of effort into helping me improve my symptoms. They went above and beyond for me, especially when I voiced my concerns about other symptoms/health problems that I felt could be linked to my concussion injury. The treatments I received first helped my sleep and eased the pressure I could feel in my head.
