If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 8hrs, while they called everyone before us. We were sent on a referral by our Pediatrician for our son because it was an emergency and still were seen absolutely last. Literally the last ones there. No one gave a crap how long we waited with our 7yr old. Except maybe 1 Nurse. We kept getting told "You're next" only to hear 6 other names called before us. Got no answer from anyone. Worst Hospital experience,,waited for 5 hours and we only got tylenol for my daughter,,worst than applying for a job,,imagine waiting for hours for nothing!they are more concerned about the extension of your parking..this hospital is like hell,and so dirty too
My sister was seen by Katherine Anker, she asked what was wrong with my sisters arm, and as my sister was explaining the context behind why her injury was serious, she interrupted saying, that’s not what I’m talking about, I’m asking about this time. So my sister was unable to fully give context and was only able to fit in a brief explanation, to which she responded with “that’s it?” accompanied by an eye roll and a face. This experience was absolutely outrageous. We were forced to wait for 8 hours while people who arrived long after us were taken in repeatedly. It felt like we were completely invisible. The staff showed no courtesy, no empathy, and offered absolutely no information or support. The disorganization here is beyond unacceptable — it is shocking and unprofessional. I never want to come back to this place, and I cannot believe this is how they treat patients and families.
