It's very bad service. the kids wiat too much for nothing just losing time wiat 5 hours when we see the doctor he said just drink water
A complete lack of respect for children. Many were feeling unwell, crying in pain, yet were met with coldness and indifference. Most of the staff were rude and unprofessional. The wait times are outrageous — hours go by with no support or clear information. If you ask about your place in line, you're treated with hostility. They say the wait is 3 hours, but you can easily double that
We waited with our 10-day-old newborn in the waiting room for approximately four hours. They are not prioritizing newborns—an absolutely horrible place to seek medical help.
The number of doctors available is not sufficient for the number of people coming here
