Deeply disturbed by the absolute lack of urgency and accountability from this department. They claim that the safety and welfare of children is their top priority, but the reality is systemic negligence. Credible reports of abuse and neglect are routinely brushed under the rug, ignored, or met with administrative stonewalling. I called them to report my dad neglecting my siblings, and the man I talked to kept telling me why it wasn't his fault and that I just needed to calm down. They have yet to reach out or do anything about this

Si vous voulez être certain qu’un enfant ne sera pas aidé, alors appelez-les. je vois que je ne suis pas là seule à m’en plaindre. Je suis choquée car après de nombreux rapports rien n’est fait. Sois disant par manque de preuve. Je ne sais pas ce qu’ils attendent pour agir mais en tous cas les personnes à qui j’ai eu affaire sont des incompétents, inhumains, petits robots de l’état qui n’ont en aucun cas l’envie d’aider les enfants. Une honte
