I booked sofa cleaning services with themand they said that their truck is broken so they can’t come on the service date and then they book it on the different day. On that day they called in the morning and confirmed it between 11-12 but just before 11am they called that they don’t have truck. They wasted my whole day. I left message to one manager but no answer and then I talked to the other manager. She said that she will look into this matter but unfortunately no response. I had very bad experience.

Unfortunately my experience was not the greatest. My carpet was still dirty after spending 300.00 on a steam cleaning. The tech told me my fibere were damaged and it was not dirt. I had another company come by and they got all the dirt out. Sad to have spent the money. Get a company that does carpet shampooing if your carpet is dirty. Steam cleaning didn’t do much at all for my carpet. Thanks

I am very disappointed with the service of this company. I was recommended a one of technician from Alberta Home Services, being told that he was a knowledgeable specialist and that I could trust his work. I scheduled this service a month ago, took a day off, coordinated with the tenant, and prepared the apartment. However, at the last moment, a call center representative called me and canceled the appointment. Extremely irresponsible!
