Unfortunately my experience was not the greatest. My carpet was still dirty after spending 300.00 on a steam cleaning. The tech told me my fibere were damaged and it was not dirt. I had another company come by and they got all the dirt out. Sad to have spent the money. Get a company that does carpet shampooing if your carpet is dirty. Steam cleaning didn’t do much at all for my carpet. Thanks
I am very disappointed with the service of this company. I was recommended a one of technician from Alberta Home Services, being told that he was a knowledgeable specialist and that I could trust his work. I scheduled this service a month ago, took a day off, coordinated with the tenant, and prepared the apartment. However, at the last moment, a call center representative called me and canceled the appointment. Extremely irresponsible!
I had Salim Bensaada with Alberta Carpet Cleaing come in and do carpet cleaning at both my new home and my old rental. Extremely polite, professional, and quick service. The office team made my booking process easy and had a variety of date availability. I will be using Alberta Carpet Cleaning again and I hope to see Salim Bensaada back. I would recommend to friends and family.
