My wife booked and had the appointment changed for a week out then had that appointment then changed appointment time twice on the second day before she canceled. The operator on the phone was snotty and very unprofessional. I would not recommend their service as there is no service.

Had Mike come in to do three rooms and stairs. Very professional and explained how carpet cleaning works. We had a few questions after and we are please with the overall service. Also Sandra at the office was very friendly and helpful in confirming our bookings.

I booked sofa cleaning services with themand they said that their truck is broken so they can’t come on the service date and then they book it on the different day. On that day they called in the morning and confirmed it between 11-12 but just before 11am they called that they don’t have truck. They wasted my whole day. I left message to one manager but no answer and then I talked to the other manager. She said that she will look into this matter but unfortunately no response. I had very bad experience.
