I signed up and recieved no information or blu cross number yet they bill me . I tried to cancel my subscription but nothing has been done. The cancelation form asks for your blue cross number. Tough to do when you never recieved oneto start with
Don’t expect to get what you paid for.
After calling many days of voicemail never getting help from anyone, finally got a response! Request for cancelling subscription for individual insurance was not met with simple process. After much questioning and trying to retain the membership plan the BLUE CROSS rep finally offered the procedure to cancel. Filling out a form and emailing or faxing was required. 4 months later they were still taking payments !! Due to an error on the date filled out in the submitted document. New online enrollment was fast and easy. I was able to print out my ID card and my benefits were available immediately.
Asinine!!! There’s simply no other way to explain. My wife and I had our last eye exams around June 20 two years ago. We then typically look at new glasses at that time as we qualify for a $500 coverage from Blue Cross every 2 yrs. We just went shopping for new glasses and found something suitable. Thank goodness that the the Representative asked if we wanted her to ‘direct bill’. Naturally we said yes but she informed us that it ‘did not go through’.
