Couldn't submit my form online so chose to hand deliver it. This was presented as a totally legit option on the website but when I showed up and tried to walk in, I got stopped by a security guard like I was Luigi Mangione. It turns out there is a mail slot on the outside of the building but the staff had a table set up and we're sitting in front of it doing - something - and I didn't see it and was accosted by a mumbling security guard twice my size instead. Super awkward, super unnecessary with better planning.
I needed to get some dental insurance and speaking with my agent, Cori-Lyn, made that entire process painless. Cori-Lyn was completely thorough in explaining a few different plans to me. She suggested a plan that was not the top of the line and explained why she thought it was a better fit for me and my situation. Cori-Lyn was patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this young lady to any of my family and friends if they’re in need of insurance.
