I called to find out what my benefits would cover. I was given the limits of what it was covered. They left out the important details of how often I could claim, etc. proper process end of the day cost me 650 bucks. It was so nice to experience excellet customer service with Shannon. I used the return call feature and received a call back very quickly. My call was forwarded, after all the security questions were answered, and all that information was passed to Shannon. I was given very good options to my medical plan, which I otherwise would not have been aware of. If you wanna get insurance don’t use this insurance they rip people off they charge me 150$ on missed payments for February and march and guess what there where no payments taken there was no attempts of my payment being taken out at all I had direct deposit my information was right honestly screw blue cross!!!
