Unacceptable wait times for drug authorizations (almost 2 months at this point). The irony is that by the time you might finally receive authorization, it will likely require re-authorization. I'm not sure if this is on purpose to avoid immediate payment for certain meds, in which case, they would be better served to be transparent if that's their hidden agenda.
