The doctors there aren’t the best, but at least they try. The receptionist, however, is rude. She makes it seem like you’re wasting her time while she’s wasting yours. My appointment was at 10:20, but now it’s 11:40. Never going back here again!
I've been here before for basic things, it's fine. But don't come here for anything related to the women's reproductive system, they can't help for even the most basic things and won't tell you they can't help you until you're in with the doctor and have wasted an hour + of your day. The front staff should know better.
Absolutely horrible, all the way from the front staff, to the doctors!! This place should be shut down. My husband went there, waited an hour, finally got taking into a room, sat there for another hour. He came out to inquire what was going on, and they said they forgot he was back there, and proceeded to laugh about it.
I do not why I need to book an appointment.Everytime I came(even half hour early than the appointment time),they always say the doctor was behind me and ask me to wait for an hour at least. what is the point to book an appointment?
