I went elsewhere. I was disappointed with this company that I had rated at 5 stars two years ago. My estimate took over two weeks to receive, the amount charged increased by $50 per hour since July 2024, and two additional fees had been added to my estimate, namely, an undetermined amount of travel time charged at $395 per hour (unreasonable) and a disposal fee (reasonable). I have chosen to go with a different company.

I had to cut down three trees - they had all the equipment and made it look easy - very professional - thanks to Justin who gave me advise for future issues that may arise from the old trees. Plus they the price was the best than other companies - check them out - before commiting some where else. Thanks to Michael for looking after me.

Belated review but the team had been fantastic from start to finish. I first approached them last year to discuss pruning some columnar aspens and they were professional and timely. When I decided to make the move earlier this year, the folks that came out were prompt, courteous, and exceptional in their work. Even when there was a mishap with the quote due to unforeseen circumstances, the team was quick to honour a fair price. 10/10. Highly recommend.
