Alberta Arborists have always done a great job on the trees at my parents house in Sherwood Park. They have been our go to in the Edmonton area for years, highly recommend!
Worse customer service ever, was on the booking list for months, no contact from them so followed up multiple times, promised to make it by a certain month but same excuse. Finally booked in, hear nothing all day, get reassured at 3:00PM they're coming for sure today, called again at 3:00 same story that they would make it today. 10 minutes to 4:00 I get a call, ooh we can't make it today, also can't make it the following day same old excuse, we're busy, overbooked etc. So why even book appointments, I took a day off for thi... read more
They removed 8 dead Aspen trees from our fence line. Very responsive, showed up on time and quickly removed trees and brush/branches/leaves. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
Justin was great. The tree was a monster so he ensured he had the right size crew and equipment to do the removal safely. When Justin and the crew took the tree down, they were quick and efficient. They did great work!
