I'm disappointed. I contacted Alberta Arborist early in April, they provided a quote and advised they would be able to get the job done by end of April. I've never heard from them again. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.
Disappointed... I contacted this company to prune the trees on our property back in november. They were made aware we have an Elm tree that has an annual ban from prunning from April to October. I emailed them twice to follow up on the appointment and they showed up on April 1st, the first day of the ban. They then proceed to tell me some of the branches were too close to the power line and couldn't prune our tress till the following fall. We contacted Alberta Arborists in Edmonton after reading great reviews about their work and decided to hire them to trim our four globe cedar bushes. From the start, they were prompt in responding and quick to send us a quote. They also answered all our questions clearly and professionally. Alberta Arborists have always done a great job on the trees at my parents house in Sherwood Park. They have been our go to in the Edmonton area for years, highly recommend!
Worse customer service ever, was on the booking list for months, no contact from them so followed up multiple times, promised to make it by a certain month but same excuse. Finally booked in, hear nothing all day, get reassured at 3:00PM they're coming for sure today, called again at 3:00 same story that they would make it today. 10 minutes to 4:00 I get a call, ooh we can't make it today, also can't make it the following day same old excuse, we're busy, overbooked etc. So why even book appointments, I took a day off for thi... read more
