One of the nurses, Razelle I think her name was needs to brush up on bedside manner, very rude and impatient with my elderly mother who is hard of hearing.
Dr Beata Filipowicz, is one amazing Dr. Not only does she listen and most certainly doesn't dismiss any worries one may have as an elderly patient. But she follows through with organising any tests that are relevant. It is such a relief to have a Dr who inspires one to have confidence in their ability to diagnose the correct treatment.
Efficient doctors and staff
Sorry, not happy at all. Admins see right through you. The doctor whose profile states that she is strong advocate for preventative healthcare replies to concerns "not medically relevant as long it is within range". Also is impatient and does not care about fears or feelings. No complex or holistic approach. Pricing is not transparent.
Great clinic. Dr Raj is excellent. He makes you feel so welcomed and listen to you. Highly recommend 👌
