Literally only had one incident of having a 10 min wait time to see the doctor, have had to wait over 40-60 mins every other time. No apologies or anything, no customer service at all. They don't even let you know if they are running ridiculously overtime. I call 5 mins before each appointment to ask for a wait time - get back "20 mins" and then rock up after 20 mins and have to wait an additional 30 mins. Friendly staff, good doctors, and the place is clean and centrally located. I couldn’t ask for more.
My experience has been very positive over a long period of time. Doctor Hii is an excellent GP and always has good advice regarding my health issues.
