Due to their language barrier or lack of knowledge about Australianmefical system, they tend to misundrstand your medical concerns and miss actions. Reception is also passive aggressive most of the time.
I visited this medical centre for about six months following a car accident. Dr Kwon and the front desk staff were all extremely kind and supportive, and they provided a great deal of help throughout my recovery. I highly recommend this clinic.
