Was supposed to tow my truck to Terrace Bay GM dealer on a Thursday morning. I got confirmation it was dropped at 9pm on Thursday so missed the service center. I got called by the dealer Friday morning asking where my truck was. I called Albert & Sons to ask where my truck was and it hadn't left the yard yet. I was told they would load right away and head to Terrace Bay. Well that 2 hour trip took approx 7 hours so again missed the service center.
