Terrible!!! Unable to tell you what formula they use to calculate what they'll pay. Low ball the price and keep upping the price till you walk out. Really zero stars.
So not happy with them. Quoted me over the phone $1400 for 37 grams of 18k bracelet. In person a totally different story. Just want to get you there with your gold then rip you off with the low ball prices. Just greedy scrap buyers! So mad they waisted my time. Should of been honest on the phone. All i can say is they must have there own people writing these reviews of how great they are. The best part was gold went UP the day that i finally got there, no excuse for being dis-honest.
I saw the video on the Albert & Sons Inc. website and went into meet them to sell my gold with the confidence that I would get top dollar for old vintage pieces from my mother's estate. My jewelry has been building up for years but I couldn't find any decent buyer until last month. They paid great amount for my jewelry and more. They gave me the best service of my life. The workers are so nice and friendly. They were so glad to give me any information that I needed. I used the money that I got to on a trip to my homeland, the place that I never thought I able to go back since I am always tight on money. I am going to continue using it in the future plus recommend it to my friends.
