I called to make an appointment for 4 fam members, receptionist was argumentative and proceeded to tell me the doctor does not take families on the same day, eventhough the request was for their own appointment time. I also ask about a little background and the receptionist responded, 'why?" Unprofessional in the 21 century. I'm glad I didn't select this place for my and my families healthcare needs. Beware.
Booked an appointment here because the location was great but the office staff was very ehh. Place is lacking some love and attention, chairs are old, little tv & old magazines. Overall bad energy, I walked out without filling out my paperwork because I felt uncomfortable there
I would never recommend this primary doctor to anyone asking for help. Whenever I have seen him in the past, he is extremely rude, has no empathy, doesn't listen and will just tell you to go buy over the counter medication. The only reason i saw him recently was because im waiting to get into see a new primary
Very poor customer service. Everyone has an attitude. The Dr. doesn’t listen at all. My mom has had trouble sleeping for 5 weeks and instead of trying a new medication he tells her to go to the hospital because “he doesn’t prescribe stronger things when CLEARLY what is being prescribed DOES NOT WORK! Extremely unprofessional as well. Just because you work long hours does not excuse disrespect.
This doctor and the whole office is very unprofessional. They always have slight attitude and the doctor has NEVER made me feel comfortable at all. I will never go back to this doctor’s office. I’ve been waiting for results for over this week with NO answer from anyone in the office, yes in the business hours. I then get yelled at when I tell them that is very unprofessional.
