I AGREE!!I – I agree with the other review! I didn't even want to give them 1 star! They don't care about customer service and hire idiots to load your furnishings. They DO stall when you have a complaint. Then if you go to BBB, they furnish false information to support their claims. If I ever had to move again, I would also go with a big, reputable company who knows how to treat their customers in good AND bad situations. Albert Moving is a JOKE!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not an honest company. You get what you pay for. They do not use a real insurance company, they self insure, if you decide to take out insurance. Of course they do not tell you that. So if you file a claim, their incentive is to pay out as LITTLE as possible. Needless to say, when you file a claim for damage, they offer you a token hoping you will go away. They also stall long enough hoping you won't contact the Texas Department of Transportation for mediation. Bottom line - you get what you... read more
