Very nice man but in a 2 minute visit prescribed me a medical device ( not really needed based on tests) without a tutorial or consult regarding insurance coverage, cost, etc. He simply asked me if I would like to use this device for a few days just to make sure everything checks out. I assumed it was covered by my good insurance. It was not. Cost 95.00 out of pocket. I paid it but felt misled.
I really cannot say enough good things about this doctor and the nurse I had. they made me feel very comfortable, did not make me feel bad about being in pain and worked with me on finding solutions that would help long term. I really wish this doctor was a primary doctor.
My mom was as in the ER on Sunday and Dr. Dunn was the physician. Great doctor. My mom is 91 and has always had a hard time understanding medical information and Dr. Dunn did a great job of explaining to her what was going on. She really understood. And he was on top of a few issues that had come up. I felt very comfortable with him and he answered all of our questions.
Oh how I wish Dr Dunn was a primary care doctor. I would switch to him in a heartbeat. I saw him today for a very low BPM heart rate & even though he couldn't tell me quite why as I need to go to a cardio doctor, his bedside manner was terrific. What a sweet doctor Thank you so much.
I was in the ER this weekend and Dr. Dunn and his nurse Brad were just so kind and thorough and I could really tell that he was doing the best he could to figure out what was going on with me and he ultimately did. No one likes going to the ER but I had a good experience with him. Grateful for his help!
