Had a recommendation for two very qualified realtors to work with to sell my Monrovia home. So glad I decided to work with Albert. His market knowledge and ability to price the house right were key in receiving several offers, all well above asking. In the end, the house sold for $36,000 over asking. He gave valuable advice on how to stage the house and what improvements to make to enhance it without overspending. In addition, he was a delight to work with, full of good humor and kind to boot.

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into or what the process would be like. Oh boy!!!!! Albert was incredible- not only did he anticipate all the emotions my wife and I would go through during the process, he also served a great role of part time therapist and talk us off the ledge several times. He anticipated everything, he prepare us and most importantly- he knew what we wanted and strategized with us to get it. I would recommend him to everyone I know on a heartbeat! Call him first!

Albert was awesome to work with. As first time homebuyers he helped walk us through every step of the way. He helped educate us on ways to get a better house, did not let us get in over our heads and advised us on when things were not in our best interest.
